Returns

Please contact ResaFloor before returning any product. Certain resin coatings are prepared or customised to order and may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

Resin products must not be returned through an ordinary postal or parcel service without our prior written agreement because transport restrictions may apply. Opened, mixed or applied resin products cannot normally be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise supplied in breach of contract.

Unused non-resin products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You must tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them within the following 14 days. Unless the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the return cost.

Returned items must be unused, complete and suitably packaged. Where an item formed part of a discounted bundle, any refund may be recalculated if the retained products no longer qualify for the bundle discount.
