Warehouse floor paint must withstand repeated traffic from forklifts, pallet trucks and pedestrians while keeping the concrete easier to maintain. ResaFloor's Epoxy HB Coating is recommended because its two-part, high-build formulation produces a durable, sealed gloss finish with useful resistance to routine oils and spillages. Apply two coats to sound, clean, dry and mechanically prepared concrete; coating performance will still depend on the strength and condition of the substrate.
