Epoxy HB Coating is a two part epoxy resin based, solvent free, high build floor paint.
EP HB is applied by roller and brush and is approximately 0.6mm thick when applied correctly over two coats. This product is used across industry in warehouses, light industrial, engineering workshops and more.
EP HB Coatings can be applied over Concrete, Screed and other existing Resin Floors but all must be surface prepared properly. See our surface Prep Guide for more information.
There key to a good finish is in the preparation. the coating will always reflect the textures and contours of the existing surface.
Epoxy HB Coatings naturally have gloss finish.
Coverage:
Application Rate = 0.5kg per meter for two coats.
A 5kg Unit will cover approximately 20m2 per coat.
Remember to order an Even Number of Units for Two Coats.
Example:
A Double Garage is around 36m2
36m2 x 0.5kg/m2 =18 kg
18kg / 5kg Unit = 3.6 Units Round up to the near Unit = 4 Units
Please note, the first coat will use more material than the second coat and that absorbent surfaces will use more material in all.
